Pricing

While we strive to be thorough, estimates are based on the information we have at the time and might require change orders as work progresses and new issues surface.  Of course, your choices in selecting decorative and sometimes structural materials can dramatically impact costs, in which case we will try to provide a range for expected material cost in your estimate.  Appropriate state and local taxes will be added to your final invoice and are normally not included in estimates.  Since we keep many items on hand and might use only a portion of some supplies, your bill might reflect added charges for those items as well.  If you prefer to purchase decorative items yourself, just let us know beforehand.
